Observation

WAC 110-300-0166(3)(a): At the time of the site visit the Toddler 1 room exit door was locked from the inside. The door was unlocked at the time of the site visit when brought to the attention of the provider. WAC 110-300-0166(3)(c): At the time of the site visit one of the exit doors from the Toddler 1 room was being blocked by a child gate that is facened to the wall.
